Hypertension Hypertension, also known as high or raised blood pressure, is a condition in which the blood vessels have persistently raised pressure. It is a major cause of premature death worldwide, with 1 in 4 men and 1 in 5 women - over a billion people - having the condition. However, 50% of the patients is unaware of their condition. During this webinar all aspects of diagnosing, monitoring and risks of hypertension will be discussed.

Atrial Fibrillation Atrial fibrillation (AFib) is the most common type of arrhythmias which is detected via an electrocardiogram (ECG). AFib can occur with hypertension and is associated with a 5x greater risk of stroke. With effective treatment, the risk of stroke can be reduced.
